About us

Thomas Driving School began in 1999 and has been a successful business since then teaching 1000’s of pupils to drive and pass their test, becoming safe drivers for life.

 


I have also trained many new instructors to become Approved Driving Instructors and in recent years moved on to Intensive Driving Courses offering pupils the chance to pass their Test in a short period of time from 1 day to 2-3 weeks. Each course is tailored to meet the pupils learning ability and needs and fit around work or college/uni commitments.

  • We contacted Tom regarding a 10 hour driving course, he was very quick at responding, he managed to find a test a lot earlier than our original date (around 8 weeks earlier) (which is hard due to the back log from Covid) he kept in touch with us and kept us up to date whilst waiting for a cancellation. Tom was very friendly and professional, he was patient aswell, Passed first time in Rochdale with Tom, I would recommend him to anybody. Fantastic driving instructor, who knows his job.   • Great driving instructor great prices and a really nice guy. Hadnt drove for 10 years and had no confidence whatsoever on the road after meeting thomas for 2 hours I was full of confidence and booked in for my test.definately recommend great service

    You can pay for your course via our website through PayPal (also accepts credit and debit cards) or via bank transfer. If you do not want to pay for a course in full, you can choose to make a deposit and pay 10 days later. Terms and Conditions apply.

  • Can I take my course in an automatic car?
    Yes! We offer our courses in both manual and automatic cars. Please note, however, that pricing for courses taken in automatic cars may differ from our normal rates.
